Cancellation Policy: - We require 24 hours notice to cancel all appointments.

If canceling with less than 24 hours notice, a $50 fee will charged to the card in file. No-shows to appointments will result in a $75 cancellation fee. If you are cancelling a Morpheus8 treatment with less then 24 hours notice, a $100 fee will apply

If you are 10 minutes or more late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule you at a later date to accommodate all appointments in a timely manner and you may be charged a cancellation fee.

Wrinkle Relaxing Treatment (BOTOX, Dysport, or Nuceiva available)
An injectable treatment using neuromodulators (BOTOX, Dysport or Nuceiva) to relax desired muscles and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Dermal Fillers
Dermal fillers are used to augment, add hydration and restore volume loss due to the aging process in the face. We currently offer both Teosyal and Restylane fillers.
Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) Treatment
During a PRP treatment, we utilize your own blood and spin it in a centrifuge to gather plasma rich in platelets. This Platelet-Rich Plasma contains healing and growth factors to promote collagen production and tissue repair. This treatment is a great option to correct and treat skin texture concerns, acne scarring, hair loss, fine lines and wrinkles as we as under-eye creepiness, dark circles, bags and thinning hair/hair loss.

Microneedling
Microneedling involves using a device to make very small punctures in the skin with needles to stimulate collagen production and tissue remodelling. This treatment helps to even skin tone, treat skin texture concerns including acne scarring, and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Morpheus 8
Morpheus8 is a minimally invasive epidermal resurfacing and sub-dermal adipose remodelling. Its triple action of fat coagulation, connective tissue contraction and bulk-heating gives you maximum results with minimal downtime. The radio-frequency microneedling device targets deeper layers of the skin and remodels your skin tissue, stimulating collagen production for a radiant and glowing complexion.

PCDC Fat Dissolving
Our fat dissolving treatment (lipolysis) is an injectable formula composed of a naturally occurring substance called phosphatidylcholine deoxycholic acid (PCDC). When injected into specific areas of the body, it targets unwanted fat cells and break them down for the body to permanently excrete. Typically, 1 to 3 sessions spaced out by 4 to 6 weeks are required.
Areas that may be treated include the double chin area, bra strap area, lower back, upper back, lower abdomen, upper abdomen, inner thighs, and rolls under the buttocks.

Wellness Injections
At Revitalize, we offer wellness injections to help you feel more like you! These treatments are typically given once per month however, a specific schedule will be discussed at your first appointment to meet your specific needs!
IV Therapy
We offer vitamin IV therapy using 100% vegan IV drips from Farsk. Vitamin injections are a type of intravenous therapy in which vitamins and other nutrients are delivered directly into the bloodstream. This allows for higher levels of absorption than would be possible if the vitamins were taken orally.
Whether you're looking for energy support, immunity support, or stress relief, we have a drip for you. Please note that all IV appointments require 24 hours notice to be booked and a 50% deposit of the total treatment cost as they are ordered from the pharmacy for each individual client.
