Prior to your appointment, please be sure to look out for an intake form which, will be emailed to you shortly after booking.
If you are feeling unwell or have recently had a vaccination in the past 2 weeks, please contact us to reschedule your appointment.
Cancellation Policy: - We require 24 hours notice to cancel all appointments.

If canceling with less than 24 hours notice, a $50 fee will charged to the card in file. No-shows to appointments will result in a $75 cancellation fee. If you are cancelling a Morpheus8 treatment with less then 24 hours notice, a $100 fee will apply

If you are 10 minutes or more late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule you at a later date to accommodate all appointments in a timely manner and you may be charged a cancellation fee.
